Organizing and Managing learning resources
• Fostering appropriate skills and social attitudes
•Planning, Preparing and Delivering customized learning based on individual need
•Assisting students with task completion
• Meeting any physical needs whilst encouraging independence Liaising with class teachers and pastoral support mentors in the development of Individual Education Plans/provision maps
•Developing appropriate resources to support individual children, as needed
• Following through in the implementation of strategies recommended by therapists or other support staff
• Providing direct instruction for specific, discrete skills as needed

Responsibilities
• Plan and Conduct Individual/Group Reading programmes
• Identifies Individual needs and assist them accordingly
• Evaluate student reading achievement and modify activities accordingly
• Help to coordinate reading materials into their lessons and to promote schoolwide literacy programs.
• Comprehend what they're reading, and train them in phonetics, spelling, grammar, and vocabulary memorization
Learning Support Special Education
Responsibilities
•To develop knowledge of a range of learning support needs and the specific needs of the children to be supported
•To aid the children in learning as effectively as possible both in class and independently via the use of evidence-based practices, which may include: Clarifying and explaining instructions
•Providing sufficient structure to individuals to enhance classroom participation and foster independence
•Ensuring the child is able to use equipment and materials provided
•Motivating and encouraging the student as needed
• Assisting in areas of weakness e.g. language, behaviour, reading, spelling, handwriting.
and follow a complete teaching plan
•Teach alphabet and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills
•Organize learning material and resources
•Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
•Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
•Assess students’ performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis
•Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
Identify the learning needs of ESL students
• Manage and organize theme based activities
• Do activities based on Multiple Intelligence
•Instructs students individually or in groups with lesson assignments
