•Conducts meetings with the Research and Development Department on new product development and provides technology input on new product design and concepts.
•Upgrade Formulations of new and existing products. Recommends adjustment to specifications for final product development. Overviews test methodology /Process used.
•Provides technical assistance in any processing difficulties.
