 Manage the full scope of human resources operations activities, including but not limited to hiring & on-boarding, Off- boarding, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employment laws and regulations, health and safety
 Managing the company strength of 400 employees and reporting to Chief Financial Officer/ Group HR Manager.
 Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.

 Using HRMS system for Preparing monthly payroll, leave management & End of Service calculation.
 Implement and develop policies regarding work conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures.
 Manage the off-boarding processes: process all exits including generating an End of Service, all required paperwork and processing separation.
 Monitor, and ensure timely periodic payments requests for all company-utilities accounts (FEWA, Ajman Sewerage, Etisalat) before respective due dates.
 Ensure that all PR related works are completed on time.
 Ensure fair treatment and implementation of the company’s human resource policies for all employees.
 Ensure compliance with labor regulations, manage and maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
 Prepare effective reports and presentations for Group HR Manager/CFO.
