Key Responsibilities:-
Building, developing and continuously improving a best in class solution centre underpinned by its collaborative ethos, valued by its internal customers including, Portfolio Marketing Directors, Event Directors and their associated show/event teams and Content team.
Deploy, manage and leverage the marketing technology and digital ecosystem (customer insights, customer data, marketing automation, digital platform, registration etc)
Leading a team of digital executive, data analysis (IT), CRM, marketing automation, visitor relation, graphic designers and customer insight professionals of varied skills levels, coaching and guiding them to deliver best practice and service excellence
Define and develop the delivery process and measurement approach for each event across all channels, including building key marketing reporting mechanisms such as dashboards and reports, as well as negotiating and adhering to defined service level agreements with agency.
Continuously improving process, ways of working and overall delivery of a range of services and best practice sharing.
Responsible of execution of exhibitor and visitor marketing promotion collaborating with show team and marketing/content team, to follow editorial planning built with strategic marketing manager.
Managerial responsibility of the customer facing websites and mobile apps teams.
Ongoing analytics delivery to provide product, marketing and sales with insights for better decision-making.
Collaborate with Marketing teams across the world within Reed Exhibitions to share and exchange best practice and drive a learning culture
Drive measurement and reporting framework to report on marketing’s value, impact and contribution.
Manage the IT department to perform data analysis in accordance with regulatory requirements and develop process improvements for data management activities and CRM systems.
Interact with marketing and event teams to obtain data requirements to enhance the existing strategic segmentation and new campaigns.
Manage the Telesales team and oversee their daily running targets and the development and training of telesales staff to accustom to event strategy
Manage the design/graphics teams and work in collaboration with the marketing & event team for the deliverables.
Involved in organizing and attending high profile events and conferences across UAE
