I have been assigned for 6 months in edotco group, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as an Infrastructure Analyst for analysis of passive elements energy parameters.
• Operational cost (OPEX) reduction process prepare through RTOC & RMS project.
• Project handling for RTOC System performance analysis.
• Reporting format prepare as per management view and daily, weekly, monthly KPI analysis, resource utilization as well as Network fault under passive elements.
• Tower Operation Center - (Eye of Network)
• All sorts of Reporting format prepare as per management view and KPI analysis to proper resource utilization as well as Network fault monitoring, processing, escalation/notification in passive part.
• Coordinate in RTOC & RMS project survey and installation issue.

Key Responsibilities (hands-on experience): Experience on Energy Management Operation:
• Fuel management and database maintenance
• Project coordinator of Fuel and Site Infrastructure Management System
• Ensuring fuel for all core sites timely
• Provides portable generator maintenance guideline and ensuring service and troubleshooting.
• Fixed generators maintenance
• Service provider (vendors) handling.
• Analysis of sorts of fuel reports and reporting to management
• Co-ordination with Finance dept. for related reporting.
Experience on Regional Operation:
•To operation & maintenance BSC, BTS and MW Radio System- Ericsson Minilink-TN+Craft (2P, 6P, 20P), Minilink-E, Eclipse, Stratex, Alcatel (UX/LX, AWY)
• To operation & maintenance- BSC and BTSs of Ericsson, Huawei and Alcatel.
• Perform PAT to integrate new BTS (Ericsson, Huawei and Alcatel), all MW links, BTSs or any other network elements and Power system including Generator including check list- VSWR, RSL, BER test, all grounding, Azimuth, Tilt, Sector mismatch, cell handover
• Installation, commissioning and testing of SDH equipment ZXMP S380 of ZTE Corporation.
• Regular fault handling, KPI report check, operation and maintenance of the BTSs.
• To provide terminal support for the fault handling of BTS and supervise team to solve the problem and give 2nd level support (if requires)
• Modification and configuration of BSS GSM/GPRS parameters (Cell parameter)
• Preventive maintenance of BTSs (check Azimuth, Tilt, Sector mismatch, MW links)
• Take initiative to solve call problem regarding customers complain (CMS)
• Carrying out ROSTER duty, once/twice in a month.
• Perform Power system maintenance, Load Test (if requires) - 15-450 KVA Generators.
• Carrying out all sorts of work references referred by Optimization to reduce call congestion & call drop, to improve CSSR resulting in increase of Erlangs, so revenue.
• Referring Optimization Department about the solutions of different call related problems after analyzing traffic statistics report.
• Have strong leadership quality and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities (hands-on experience):
• Installation and Commissioning of Ericsson 2206, 2106i RBS and Motorola- Horizon II Macro BTS and Power systems - MDB, Rectifier, Battery backup.
• Installation, Commissioning & Troubleshooting MiniLink Traffic Node (TN) PDH Link, MARCONI (SDH Link) Transmission equipment of Warid Telecom Dhaka region.
• Installation, Commissioning & Troubleshooting MiniLink Traffic Node (TN) equipments (PDH Link), MARCONI (SDH Link) Maintenance Transmission equipment of Warid Telecom Network in Comilla region.
• Perform Tests VSWR, Return Loss, Insertion Loss, DTF, Port Isolation etc. for BTS
• Technical Support on SID, RFTI and TI Reports for Turn-key Project (Ericsson)
• Monitor sub-contractors activities and supervise site works
• Manage employees as per schedule and reporting to the Management.
