Responsibilities:
•Handling the 16 members of Team.
•Check the stock position give training to promoter how to do promoting to customer.
•Explaining scheme offers prices to purchase manager to raise PO.
•Ensuring Market hygiene, Visibility, availability & MOP in the Market.
•Follow up credit note and debit note.
•Regular Market visit as well as buyer meetings to ensure filling of gaps in the market.
•Collecting the sales reports store wise from promoters and update to my superiors.
•Resolve customer trade issues.
•Ensure packing and pricing of products as per communicated standards.
•Should have market information on regularly or daily basis
Planning and implementing Strategies to attract customers.
•Coordinate daily customer service operations, Track the progress of weekly and monthly .
•Managing Budgets.
•Preparing promotional materials and displays.
•Maintaining statistical and financial records.
•Dealing with customer queries and complaints
•Monitor and maintain store inventory.
•After closing the sales will do EOD (End of the Day), and Update DSR (Daily sale report).
