• Shop drawing and material approval in-compliance with design and contract requirements, local authority regulations and properly coordinated with another disciplines/ site adaptability.
• Coordination drawing, reflected false ceiling and Builders work review and approval, based on approved shop drawings.
• Material sample and its delivery approval.
• Method statement for material installation and testing & commissioning approval.
• Regular site visit to ensure the work quality and work progress in-line with project requirement.
• Liaising with various local authorities, as required.
• Interdisciplinary coordination with the design engineer/ architect/ structural engineer and also with the Client as required.
• Attending work progress, technical and coordination meetings.
• Work progress monitoring, based on clause 14 program and two weeks look ahead program.
• Testing and commissioning procedure approval for various systems.
• Witness system testing and commissioning as approved ensure satisfactory system performance.
• As-built drawing review and approval.
• Operation & maintenance manual review and approval.
• Providing data to quantity surveyor for preparing monthly invoice and variation as applicable.

• Shop drawing review, approve and process all electrical material submittals and samples for compliance to the Project specification
• Review & approve Contractor's shop drawings, in compliance with IFC drawings, Project specification and Local & International standards.
• Review contractor's correspondence related to electrical works. Prepare appropriate response when necessary for the MEP Head / Resident Engineer's/ Project Manager’s review.
• Inspect the work done by the contractors to ascertain that the work is executed in accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice.
• Review the site progress and assist in the review of the contractor’s interim payment application.
• Review contractors' claims related to electrical works. Prepare recommendations for claims approval or rejection. Assist in negotiations with contractors regarding the value of claims or changes in schedules.
• Testing and commissioning activity inspection / Witness for Electrical / ELV systems.

• Inspection, sampling and testing of materials to assure that compliance with the contract specification.
• Assist in the review and forward comments on the contractor’s method statement for execution of the works.
• Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor’s submissions, Shop drawings, material submittals and construction related matters.
• Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.
• Inspect the work done by the contractors to ascertain that the work is executed in accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice.
• Review the site progress and assist in the review of the contractor’s interim payment.
• Liaise with the RE for the effective implementation of the quality management systems and site supervision provision activities.
• Ensure that all statutory authority NOC’s / permits / design approvals are available on site for construction.
• Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise, verify the installation of electrical works ensuring compliance with the contract documents.
• Raise non-conformance notices (NCRs)/reports; site inspection notices (SINs) identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with the RE.
• Review the corrective actions proposed by the contractor, respond / follow ups and close out procedure.

• Verify the accuracy of the contractor’s “As-Built” drawings reflecting in details the as-built conditions and approve the As-Built drawings.
• Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.

• Complete project planning and scheduling of shutdown activities, Plant construction and
maintenance in Petrochemical field.
• Assist in project execution in accordance with the client’s requirements and specifications.
• Prepare engineering documents such as work instructions and progress report/Data hand
over status.
• Understand and evaluate the project requirements and project plans, particularly material
schedule, equipment and laborloading.
• Renovation of an old electrical system into new by splitting into units.

• Testing and Commissioning of HT & LT panels, HV and LV transmission and distribution
corridor, Transformers, High Voltage cables & Genets are being done.
• Tracing the old cables & giving required shut down with negligible disturbance to the site.
