I lead a group of motivated and active engineers in designing industrial machines and devices. Additionally, I handle project planning, budgeting, coordination, and cooperation with other groups. I manage project risk, ensure work quality control, prepare reports, and oversee project monitoring.
We were tasked with installing a new tire production line for Dana Company and manufacturing complementary equipment. Each section was supervised by international companies: MHI from Japan, TROESTER from Germany, and Commerio Ercole from Italy. Project management involved regular meetings with the client and design companies, hiring specialized personnel, establishing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), creating the Bill of Materials (BOM), developing 2D and 3D drawings, adhering to JIS and ANSI standards, monitoring the QC-Plan, and overseeing the precise installation and cold commissioning of each section.
We used to design industrial machines and devices according to engineering standards such as ANSI and ISO. After receiving approval from the consulting company, we supervised the construction process. I was a member of the group that collaborated on various projects.
I studied Biomedical Engineering, specializing in Biomechanics. My engineering coursework covered fundamentals of digital and electronics, continuum mechanics, finite element methods, biofluid mechanics, biomechanics, and robotics. I concluded my academic journey with a thesis focused on the finite element modeling and analysis of non-metallic bone plates.
I studied mechanical engineering, specializing in solid mechanics and design. My coursework included statics, dynamics, strength of materials, and material science. Additionally, I delved into machine design, dynamics of machines, and vibration mechanics. I also covered core subjects such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and engineering mathematics. In addition to my academic studies, I successfully completed professional courses in areas such as the design of mechanisms, automatic control, and computer-aided machine design. I concluded my academic journey with a final project course focusing on the design of an automatic painting machine.
