Consolidation of financials of Group entities, Group Budgeting, Monitoring/ review of business model. Liaison with Banks. Overview of Group external audit. Review of business model developed by consultant and suggesting recommendation to the Investment committee.Interaction with potential JV partners.Developing and Analysis of business model.
Preparation of Business plans.
Feasibility Study of Business propositions.
Analysis of Financial statements.
Valuation of Business units.
Analysis of key ratios
Preparatin of MIS, Balance sheet etc.
