• Follows up with the different HR Departments on all personnel matters to the Division’s personnel such as job evaluation, manpower planning, promotions, contracted staff matters, salary adjustments, renewal of contracts for contracts staff, termination, replacement etc.
• Coordinates with Recruitment Department to ensure an effective recruitment services are provided. Receives short-listed candidates from Recruitment Department and forwards to the recruiting Department Manager or Team Leader for their final review and selection of candidates
• Supervises and maintains internal records relating to all payments to contractors.
• Updates the Division’s materials / moveable inventory for office equipment. Coordinates and organizes receipt, transportation, storage and or dispatch of samples, equipment and materials for the division, pays occasional visits to the various suppliers. Ensures safe handling of files, data, material and other equipment.
• Supervises and sets work priorities for the Administration staff and controls the circulation of all internal and external correspondence,
• Prepare and update Document Tracking Register as per the revisions of the documents/drawings and ensure that only documents/drawings with latest revisions are used
• Reported on regular basis to Head Office on prescribed templates for various performance indicators such as Allowances, Retirement Cases and Annual Leave Status.
• Renewal of security Pass.
• Visa Renewal follow ups.(visa medical, Application Submission, Labor card )
