Supervise & maintain all site activities including installation, testing, commissioning of HVAC systems-
chiller, cooling towers, pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
* Look out the fabrication of ducting, piping, insulations, erections of machines & equipment, fixing of
grills/diffusers, air control dampers, system testing & pre-commissioning
* Ensuring that all the HVAC site activities are conducted as per safety norms & approved drawings,
specification, tender & BOQ
* Site co-ordination with different service agencies, subcontractors to resolve the site issue &motivate
them to achieve target as per schedule for the timely completion of the project
* Co-ordinate with the Planning Department for updating in master project plans
* Co-ordination with client & consultants for speedy completion of the project followed by varioussite
* Checking & certifying sub-contractors submitted bills
* Inspect & ensures proper workmanship by the contractors/ sub-contractors
* Ensure that the work is completed in time with the given specifications & standards
* Ensure smooth handing-over the projects with all documentation, drawings-manuals, measurements
sheets, test reports, test certificates etc.
* Perform preventive maintenance of Vrf machines and ventilation units as per schedule
* Assisted in the formulation, strict implementation, monitoring and reporting of safety rules and
standards in the project
Comfortable with Architectural Drawings
* HVAC Designing and Shop Drawings
* HVAC Fabrication, Plenum Box, Duct & Fittings as per Duct Drawings
* Preparing As Built drawings
* Specialization in 2D
* Evaluated and revised drafted drawing dimensions as needed.
Revit MEP
* Basic modelling and designing, heat load calculation, duct design, piping design
