Involved in Planning, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Machinery failure and efficiency improvement activities of equipments.
Preparation and implementation of equipments PM schedules, failure analysis reports, history reports etc and keep records on SAP system.
To plan, work and co-ordinate with projects department on equipments modifications and efficiency improvement activities.
Prepare Weekly, monthly reports regarding man hours utilization, resources, pending jobs, PM jobs, Equipment's Availability and Reliability and work orders statistics etc
Arranges and co-ordinate meetings with other departments.
Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization.
Create formal communication plan to both team members and management.
Frequently will be assigned as team leader; having indirect responsibility for team members’ completion of tasks to project plan.
Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined intervals to make sure construction is being completed on time and within budget.
Support the use/integration of project and contract management systems into the daily operation of the business.
Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.
Assist the Project Controls Manager with evaluating schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions.
Create and maintain project plan.
Planning and scheduling for manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks, etc.
Planning of 3 major shutdowns.
1. QAFCO shutdown
2. QAFAC shutdown
3. Ras Gas Train 6 shutdown
Planning of newly constructing plant project.
Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
