* Raising the LPO (Local Purchase Orders) on Smartplan
* Updating Global Calendar, Media list, RSVP list for events, Content Calendar & Influencer list on timely basis.
* Co-ordinating the Quarterly newsletter information from the team.
* Mange the downloading, Validating and price request for the brand products.
* Organising the Collation, production & dispatches of the media kits to press.
* Report making for the Lifestyle brands on PowerPoint on monthly basis.
* Dealing with supplier’s payments & quotes.
* Assist with in-store photo-shoot and filming requests, being present as and when required
* Assist in managing press sample stock, i.e. liaising with stylists, booking samples, arranging for delivery and return on the specified dates, and also ensure that the damages are flagged to Public Relations Manager
* Source suppliers for packaging items, stationary and PR gifts, receive samples and negotiate price and quality across the full Marketing team
* Assist the Public Relations Manager in organizing and attending Media Briefings, Press Events, Conferences and Special Events related to the brand or industry
* Collate seasonal images from the principal brands to assist the team with the timely and successful completion of the seasonal press kits
* Working closely with the Divisional Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager on various marketing operations and executions.
* Managing the marketing requirements for the brands across the MENA region.
* Assisting the team in briefing the suppliers on various Promos, Easel, Vouchers etc. production and delivery.
* Coordinating during the store events with Mall management and suppliers on work permits
* Assisting the team during the brand shoots by ensuring the correct range of products are been displayed.
* Managing the Influencer giveaways with the stores and commercial team support.
