• Preparation of presentations for various official purposes in order to present it to our business partners.
• Making presence to higher ups & executives to various telecom organizations (Jazz, Ufone, Telenor, Zong, PTCL etc.) in order to pitch the commercial proposals to offer them company services that we offer as a tower co company.
• Managing tasks to be delegated by the management in order to build the business statistics covering various aspects of project management roll out, procurement & support for commercial proposals designing & drafting & editing for various purposes.
• Attend meetings and conferences with telecoms.
• Providing management with feedback.
• Communicating and coordination with clients.
• Following up new business opportunities.
• Weekly client progress reports and ensures data is accurate.
• Work with management to develop and implement strategic plan
• Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
• To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client
• Minutes of the Meeting preparation for various meetings may it be internal or external meetings with other organizations.
• Internal emails intimations/broadcasts for various business bonding/contracting updates that is to be shared with other colleagues of our organizations with prior approvals from the CEO.
• Liaison and meet up with all customers and clients with a strong follow up to achieve the commercial business targets (Weekly and monthly).
• Other duties assigned by the management.
• Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
Short-term assignments for ongoing projects. The main purpose of the position is to provide a support to the entire logistics department including Operation, invoice payments, logistics and penalties and deduction from transporter invoices for smooth close out of project activities. My responsibility was to help in routine operations tasks, and cover for team members while on leave, but also to play a key role in executing close out activities in a timely fashion and as per the close out plan.
Deliverables:
Operation (Logistics Bulletin, Auction of Jute/PP bags till the award rewarded, Contracting, RFQ Categories, Shortlist of the transporter, Learning management system(training) )
Processed invoices with complete supporting documents and further submission to finance for payment.
Updated invoices tracking sheet on daily basis.
Creation of purchase orders in WINGS on basis of new awards/LTIs.
Posting of Service entry sheet on completion of services.
Calculation of performance based penalties and deduction from transporter invoices.
Concept of LTSH budget and utilization.
Preparation of debit / credit notes for adjustment of invoices as per actual services.
Preparation of new contracts for vendors.
Preparation of rate comparison from different vendors.
Prepared Memorandum After the approval submits to finance unit.
Training for the exemptions and its procedure.
Understanding of WFP new software LESS(Logistics Execution Support System)
Presentation on the capacity building.
Achievement: One of the main appreciations for me is to get selected among the young professionals for the radio interview session with the head of HR unit and share the whole experience with WFP and encourage the fresh graduates to apply for the best suitable opportunity in WFP.
