After collecting all detail procedure moves to second stage of floating inquiry, Get quotation, Make comparison, Provide ready made material to HODs for finalize equipment & Material . Now the whole flow of work moves to submittle we prepare submittle with the 90% help of supplier . Firstly confirm those submittle with our provided specification .Once it is found ok it is submitted to consultant .
now After Approval it is time to order materiel on the basis of prepared quantity sheet with the appropriate schedule . see during the time storage space allocation & small training to store keeper for proper maintain store . Now if proper material is available its time for training to foreman of Chilled water pipe and Hvac ducting now work begins of site . simultaneously consultant rejects our submittel with some of silly reasons and ego . we deal with silly reason as well as his Ego . now for some of moths same order & work repeats with Material & work inspection with consultant for different different approvals . at the end of stage we start commissioning with wild air and procedure tends to final commissioning . now at the end stage we call for govt inspection most important inspection is Dubai Civil Defense . after approval we pack our bag and move to other project . simultaneously follow up starts for submitted Variation by contractor side .
