CTG Global (part of Chelsea Group)-International Humanitarian Support provides unique support to the humanitarian and development community in fragile and conflict-affected countries.
Duties:
• Source, collate and assess Candidate CV's and grade candidates for positions as advised.
• Ensure vetting procedures are completed and followed exactly as detailed in CTG’s recruitment SOP.
• Ensure recruitment vetting is transparent and void of nepotism, all candidates' qualifications and experiences are verified.
• Maintain accuracy of information entered on to the database.
• Assist in the compilation of Terms of Reference and in advertising vacancies globally.
• Complete research as required for projects and bidding processes.
• Verification of employment history, academic records, medical records, criminal clearance certificates.
• Conduct interviews; submit CVs to client, on board candidates using Sales force XCD recruitment.
• Coordinate with Account managers in our countries of operations
• Translate from English to Arabic and French and amend Arabic/French recruitment forms.
• Assist HROps in drafting contracts, contract extensions and on boarding candidates using Sales force HRMS operations
