• Responsible for the M&E services, Soft services, Entire Parks lift services, FAS, FPS and administration of property team of ITPB and Park Square Mall, TCS Pioneer Building
• Responsible for the complete Facilities and Technical Services of Park Square Mall in Bangalore. Assist to bring up the Mall as par as international standards of Ascendas, Singapore Malls.
• Key functions include:
o Reporting to the VP/City Head in India.
o Operations and facility management of the ITPL/Malls
o Common area maintenance, Establishment maintenance, Landscape and exterior maintenance
o Recruitment and Training of Operations and Technical staff
o Short listing of contractors, Tendering and Procurement of housekeeping, security and technical services
o Involved in tendering, awarding and supervising fit out works for clients new office areas
o Procurement of Insurance, Annual Maintenance Contracts
o Establishment of Ascendas SOPs and technical guidelines to suit local situations
o Controlling/optimizing common area maintenance charges
o Liaison with architects, engineers and local authorities
o Site inspection of projects under construction and pre-opening stages
o Liaison and working closely with contractors and their staffs
o Authorized signatory for Ascendas on client’s tenancy agreement registrations with Karnataka Sub registration office.
o Member of ISO implementer team for India projects
o Member of green committee for India projects.
o Leading the Leed implementation team for ITPL.
