Admin Assistant cum store manager
This is a company selling smart locks, smart switches and other smart products.
Here my job role was as follows
-Checking online orders and making them ready for delivery or installation, with invoicing and appointment for installation.
-Sending purchase orders to vendors and arranging pick up from them on time
-Preparing and presenting daily reports (Installations, deliveries, services, etc)
-Preparing monthly reports to pay to credit vendors
-Dealing with vendors for payments and items collection
-Handling all the installers, making sure they are on time for the installation or service, handling the drivers to arrange pickups and deliveries.
