Responsible for Service projects of Transformers and High Voltage (GIS).
• SFDC, Bid/ No-Bid Decision, Risk Analysis, Calculation and Bid packing, Sales order creation in SAP, Project Handing-over.

• Conversion of existing BAYWATCH SF6 GAS MONITORING system in 400kV GIS to Conventional type at KM Primary Substations- LTC-1524-2019.
• Major repair of 161MVA of Qatalum transformer at ABB Bilbao factory.
• Rewinding of 39MVA of QP at ABB Kartal Factory.
• LTC1421/2019 Urgent Replacement of 66 KV Transformer Sealing Ends of 40 MVA TX2 in PSS1 & PSS3 Primary Substations.
• 19046B/19 EPC Contract for Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing and Commissioning Works of 6.30 / 7.5MVA 11/3.3kV Dry Type Power Transformers (20 units) at Qatar Cool's Integrated District Cooling Plant (IDCP), The Pearl Qatar-Doha, State of Qatar.
• Generator Circuit Breaker Servicing on call off basis for 04 years for RGPC.
• Various HV services: replacing 132kV GIS female part, ELK-3/420 HMB Repair, CT/ VT replacement of ELK1 GIS 220kV, HV test support services.
• Ph 13_Remote End Modifications of Al Wajbah Super 132kV GIS.
• Several short-term contracts for servicing of transformers and HV services.
Responsible for winning tenders of Transformers, Motors, Generators' service projects:
• Guiding Tendering Engineers in bid planning, capturing, and estimation.
• Improve the technical and commercial excellence from inquiry to order (ITO) process, from lead qualification (R-0) to contract signature (R-3) and handing the project off to Order To Remittance (OTR). Contract reviewing and acknowledgment.
• Negotiating with subcontractors, pricing, and issuing the competitive bids with winning margins.
Some of milestone project won at M/s Alfanar Co.:
• Replacement of 500MVA of JAWAP, Marafiq.
• Rehabilitation of 750MVA of SEC Hawiyah substation.
• Complete repair of 63MVA at Saudi Aramco, Berri Plant.
• Rewinding of several transformers: 88MVA EWA, Bahrain; 125MVA SEC PP7; 100MVA of SEC Bisha, 100MVA of SEC Al kharj etc.
• Replacement of 156MVA by 220MVA at SEC Riyadh.
• Several retrofitting projects, supply and replacement: 70MVA Shell type to SWCC, Yanbu; 2nos of 63MVA for SWCC, Yanbu, 115KV BOCBs for SEC Karmah & Hafer Al batin; 115KV BOCBs by SF6 CBs for SEC Ghazlan & Qaisoumah.
• Various critical service jobs for all esteemed customers in KSA.
• Rewinding of 93MVA generator for NEPCO.
• Overhauling of generators: 71MVA GT22 at SEC PP4, 32MVA at SEC Najran, 143MVA U-3 at SEC Qassim etc.
• Overhauling of GE 25, 000HP of Saud Aramco.
• Supply and replacement of 3500KW for IBN Zhar.
• Several long-term contracts for servicing of transformers, generators, Motors.
Responsible for sales marketing of Power Transformers.
• Preparation and submission of bid, clarification, PQ, and other communications.
• Liaison customer witnessing FAT and SAT.
• Prepare Business Development Report, Win-Bid Analysis to management on regular basis.
Contribution:
• Achieved 85% order book target.
• Developed technical proposal to promote Amorphous Core and Aluminum Conductor Transformer to Utilities in Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia to cut down competition and improve the market share.
• Successfully completed PQ with China Lighting & Power (CLP) Hong Kong; PQ with Greater Nile Petroleum & Oil Company-Sudan; PQ with Kahramaa, Qatar.
• Developed association with Met-EC, Ethiopia, to supply CCA improving market share in Ethiopia.
The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) represents all major industries engaged in temperature-controlled logistics.
• Business in-charge for South India in promoting the association and bringing world class technology to members via membership.
• Explore new markets and generate new leads.
• Presenting and mapping the customer need with the membership benefits.
