• Reporting to the Project Director.
• Responsible for establishment of Casting yard of 620m long with 14 Moulds for Segment casting (8 Nos for Main Bridge + 6 Nos for Interchange), with 2 Nos - 125 T Crane + 1 No - 90T Crane + 2 Nos 25T Crane with 14 Nos of Rebar Jig frame and a Covered Batching plant within the reclaimed land at Project site in South Mumbai, Coordinate with all statutory agencies to secure Power & water connection, Submission of applications through online portal to secure approvals such as CTE & CTO from MSPCB, Secure Fire NOC for Batching Plant from Mumbai Fire Brigade, etc.
• Securing Provisional NOC’s from Mumbai Fire Brigade for the Underground carparks design at both Interchange locations.
• Sea wall and Marine works (Scope: 3802m of Sea wall, Wave wall & 60Ha of reclamation fill) - Overall In-charge of department with full responsibility to ensure timely delivery of the project as per the planned schedule.
• Responsible for design coordination with statutory agencies, Interface agencies and Project stakeholders, secure necessary approvals/signoffs, NOC’s, Consent, etc.
• Organize, Chair / Attend meetings to discuss / negotiate with statutory agencies/Stakeholders as necessary regarding all permits, interfaces, plans, environmental issues, etc.
• Letter correspondences to the relevant Stakeholders, Interface parties & follow-up and update PMC/GC (Employer’s representative/Engineer) as applicable.
• Responsible for coordination and securing approvals from Municipal Storm water department for the extension of Outfalls in reclaimed land, sourcing Sluice gate suppliers, secure approvals of credentials for the SWD Outfall extensions.
• Responsible for Coordination with respective Traffic Police, Jt. Commissioner Traffic, respective State Minister as necessary to secure Traffic Management Plan, Traffic Diversion approvals.
• Review Drawings, Specifications and Methodologies issued by Builders and Individuals and certify and submit them for approval from statutory agencies.
• Conduct random supervision of construction activities, providing advice on technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with Vendors/Subcontractors, approve proposals, etc.

•Reporting to the Engineering Manager & Project Director.
•Assist the Construction Director & Engineering Manager in the submission of Various Project Plans & Registers that are required for contract deliverables per contractual obligations in the early stages of project,
•Responsible for the evaluation of regulatory compliance issues in new and existing operating areas as well as assisting in the development of compliance systems/documents to ensure ongoing compliance & communication with other team members.
•Prepare/review the Interface Management Plan, Stakeholder Management plan upon award of Project and submission of draft Plans during bidding as required by the management which is part of contract deliverables.
•To lead and manage the project-wide interface management process, and thereby fulfil the Contractor's obligations as defined in the approved "Interface Management Plan".
•Assess master plans for adequacy and proper coordination, liaise with the delivering parties and all affected stakeholders to establish, implement and maintain a plan to properly meet the applicable regulatory requirements, assure them that the facilities are being delivered to the quality, schedule, budget, environmental, sustainability and other requirements of the program.
•Initiate stakeholder engagement and integration to achieve program objectives for scope, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability, etc.
•Actively participate in working groups aimed at providing solutions to delivery challenges, such as construction logistics, supply chain, sustainability, social concerns, etc.
•Prepare and update Interface Register, Coordinated Design Interface Program (CDIP) & Design control interface documents (DCID). Follow procedures to achieve a fully coordinated design covering all aspects of interface requirements including identification, management, control and validation.
•Assure proper interface between all railway works and other infrastructure components and update them in Interface register on complypro Bentley software used for project compliance, requirements and quality assurance.
•Develop permit tracking databases including identification of all permits required and tracking and routinely reporting progress and deadlines. In charge of securing Project's statutory permits including Environmental permits, ensuring timely submissions and approvals of permits, record and transmit the secured Permits to the relevant section heads, Monitor for adherence to permitting protocols.
•Submission, coordination, follow-up and approvals of the permeant utility connections for the project secured through Government entities web portals as per their protocols.
•Chair / Attend meetings to discuss / negotiate with regulatory agencies as necessary regarding all permits, interfaces, plans, environmental issues, etc.
•Design and construction coordination with the interfacing infrastructure Projects viz. Expressways & LRDP - Local Roads & Drainage Project's PMC and the Contractors.
•Cooperate with municipality & Key Stakeholders such as PWA, KAHRAMA, Ooredoo, Vodafone, MOI, QAF, Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy for interface issues and securing of necessary NOC, Permits, Consents & Enforce implementation as per provisions of Memoranda of Understanding and Cooperation Agreements between the entities. etc.
•Provide inputs to Engineering team in the submission of Method statements, Reports & Registers that are the required as contract deliverables per contractual obligations in each stages of project,
•Communicate with others in an effective and respectful manner.
•Coordinate with Design consultants, review and submission of drawings to the DVE and submissions to QRAIL for SONO.
•Prepare the necessary ICD's & ICF's to agree on design and construction methodologies / work sequences and signoffs on documents with the interface parties.
•Coordinate with the Project's Design and Construction teams, deal with Interface issues with the stakeholders, collect and compile necessary documents for submissions to gain approvals,
•Participate in Contractor's and PMC/Client's Safety meetings, Progress review meetings, Risk review meetings, Risk mitigation meetings.
•Submit application and follow-up of Design Reviews through QDRS web portal of Ashghal for securing Design approvals for the works in Ashghal's ROW.
•Submit application for road opening (RO) permits through QPRO web portal of Ashghal for securing Road opening permits for the works in Ashghal's ROW and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
•Organize / Participate / Chair in Interface meetings with the Project Stakeholders, PMC's, Client representatives as necessary to secure the Permits, discuss & resolve relevant interface issues.
•Letter correspondences to Stakeholders, Interface parties & follow-up and update Client/PMC.
•Additional Charge as Traffic Manager responsible for submission of Plans, MS & gaining approvals for Traffic Management and Traffic Diversions for the project from the Traffic department of Ashghal (PWD) & MOI - Traffic, Qatar Government.

•Senior Engineer responsible for the subcontractor coordination in the Design & Build package facilities of CP19 package reporting to the construction manager,
•Prepare / review of method statements with relevant ITP, Check lists,
•Design Coordination with all relevant stakeholders, Shop drawings review & submissions,
•Procurement coordination, placing of the purchase orders for the required materials,
•Update construction Schedule using Primavera 6 & Excel formats, Provide customer with three Weeks Look Ahead Schedule,
•Raising CTI (Construction Technical inquiry) in Bechtel's system to resolve the conflicts in drawings, specification, work methodology,
•Coordinating with co-lateral departments for the necessary construction interface issues,

•Engineer In charge of Package F1 - Equestrian club & Package D2 - Emir's Stable Facilities & reporting to the Project Manager (Buildings) managing the construction team & subcontractors,
•Design Coordination with all relevant stakeholders, Shop drawings review & submissions,
•Prepare/review and submission of method statements with relevant ITP, JSA & Check lists,
•Prepare/review of materials submission and follow-up on approvals
•Procurement coordination, placing of the purchase orders for the required materials,
•Raising SCR/RFI to resolve the conflicts in drawings, specification, work methodology, etc.
•Coordinating with collateral departments for the relevant construction interface issues,

•Section In charge reporting to the construction manager for the civil works execution of Buttresses Foundation and superstructure, Public Stand & Sponsor boxes substructures & Superstructures in the Indoor arena of the Stadium. Motivating the workforce and informing of the safety awareness required in the jobs involved.
•Closely work with the Planning department for the development of Level 5 construction schedule, stabilizing the resource loaded Construction Schedule in Primavera P6.
•Three Months Rolling Program for Field Engineering & Procurement and 3 weeks look schedule for site construction team. Always ensure Procurement Request (PR) is within Budget & is assigned in appropriate cost codes, ensure delivery date of material at site as per schedule & material is in compliance of project specification.
