- Data Health assessment.
- Data Analysis and mapping from Legacy system to Oracle RMS.

-Manage software system development and integration projects through all phases of project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
-Understanding business requirements of the project team and translate them into business and technical documentation to create workflows that support the functional, technical and visual requirements.
-Analyze business processes to identify, document and communicate solutions that improve the business process.
-Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
-Drive system adoption.
-Engaging end users on e-Builder through monthly product tips, workshops etc.
-Providing Training as and when necessary
-Taking a monthly inventory of all workflows/forms/documents across projects and how users are adopting to the system.
-Ensure effectiveness of developed processes/forms and highlighting gaps.
-Develop and generate weekly and monthly reports to management/Project team
-Highlight product deficiencies/short comings to e-Builder team.
-Set-up of responsibilities, permissions

-Create Ad-Hoc Reports as per requirements from higher management.
-Create scripts for proper data integrity and for reporting and analysis needs.
-Administer Business Objects Server and create reports for Daily and monthly reports.
-Proactively communicate and collaborate with business people to analyze -information needs and functional requirements.
-Analyze existing and proposed scripts that needs to adhere to business rules and best practice.
-Be the liaison between the business units and programming team.
-Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
-Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
-Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.

- Participate in kick-off or walkthrough meetings across all development phases

- Execute the component test
- Fix defects and performance problems discovered in component testing
- Ensure quality of deliverables by leveraging team leads, peers, and project resources
- Ensure that all deliverables conform to project standards and established methodology
- Escalate issues to Team Lead, especially those that will impact scheduled milestones
- Develop and demonstrate functional understanding of the application and provide assistance when needed

- Prepares and conduct Trainings/Knowledge Exchange for other team member.
