As a User Service Analyst in the Rights &Permissions department (Global), I am responsible for:
- Work Intake order requests: This involves overseeing the lifecycle of a vendor projects for its business stakeholders(vendor/internal business).
This includes requirements gathering, authoring the Statement of Work (SOW), obtaining stakeholder signatures, and managing project's completion.
- Management of Rate-Card change requests, supplier and internal tech team interactions.
- Rebates: Calculation & Reallocation to Business Units involving monthly governance calls with vendors/business.
- User Support solutions on internal tools, tasks, and projects.
- Resolving escalations trigger by users/project managers.
- User Access Testing(UAT) for internal/external tools.
- JIRA engagement for reporting and follow ups during UATs.
- Job aid updates/creation
- Tracking and reporting of key Metrics.
