Implementation of all Statutory matters like P.F., ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable labour legislations.
Developing & ensuring implementation of all the HR Standard Operating Procedures & Policies.
Create a vibrant, fun, learning and growth oriented culture through various engagement activities
Looking after employee welfare - monetary & non-monetary, grievance handling, counselling and guiding employees for harmonious interpersonal relations.
Monitoring & controlling the attrition rates.
Implement various HR interventions for retention.

Conducting Employee Engagement & Team Building workshops followed by a proper feedback mechanism.

People Centricity Measurement and Analysis: The project aimed at measuring the employee engagement level by conducting Gallup Q12 survey in all the stores present in Delhi/NCR region & analysed the problems thereafter.
Statutory Compliance Maintenance (Process under Shop & Establishment Act): Successfully developed a statutory compliance maintenance process under Shop and Establishment Act for the organization.
