o Managing relationships with assigned business partners from Middle East and North Africa regions and ensuring they are meeting contractual obligations in terms of revenue and margin.
o Carry out technical Selection for Chillers, Air side products, Precision Units, Package units and special customized units.

o Co-ordinate with Logistics for ensuring proper and timely delivery.
o Hold regular conference calls with the distributors to discuss performance and opportunities.
o Ensure all service related issues are resolved in a timely manner.
o Imparting training for selections software and providing technical information.
o Interacting with factory and R&D for feedback on Air Conditioning Solution, software and product issues.
o Following up with distributors on all open jobs and prepare reports to management on weekly basis.
Providing support to Clients in resolving issues while coordinating with Service Engineers
Ensuring timely service visits to sites by Support Engineers
Cost Estimation and preparing quotations as required by the Clients
Maintaining Order Placement, Supply / Demand Alignment & Material Replenishment
Ensuring Timely Delivery of material & Order placements to Clients
Payments follow up ensuring timely payment by Clients
Documentation of troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Following up if service delivery is not meeting expectations
Preparing key customer monitoring report for management
