• Real Estate Agent - Rent, buy, or sell real estate properties to clients. Duties involve obtaining leads through
networking, social media marketing, event activations and digital marketing, presenting properties to
prospective clients, accompanying clients to property sites, discussing sales conditions, and executing sale
contracts. I was able to close a total of sales worth at least PHP300 Million (AED20 Million) and leased a
total of 190 units during my 4 years with the company.
● Holiday Homes Management - Handling inquiries, confirming bookings, and providing guests with all the
necessary information before, during, and after their stay. Scheduling and overseeing cleaning and
maintenance tasks to ensure property is always in top condition for guests. Ensuring that the properties
comply with local regulations and Airbnb & Booking.com policies.
● Administrative - Maintaining and organizing real estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements. This
includes preparing real estate forms and documents. Serving as a primary point of contact for clients,
addressing inquiries, providing updates, and helping throughout the real estate process.

•Overseeing the implementation of online marketing campaigns and live events across Southeast Asia
(Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Vietnam) to ensure
department staff adhere to marketing plans, company standards, and policies.
● Identifying potential models and marketing staff through various channels such as job boards, social media,
professional networks, and referrals.
● Conducting 360 recruitment and castings to evaluate models, brand ambassadors, merchandizers, and
event coordinators qualifications and fit for the role.

•Managing recruitment process, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure new hires are deployed smoothly.
● Managing HR and recruitment related administrative task, such us maintaining employee
records and preparing recruitment reports through HRIS
● Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. This includes conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
● Identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance
employee skills and performance.
● Supervising 3 HR Operations Coordinator and 5 Recruitment Staff. I was able to hire and deploy over 500 skilled manpower and professionals.
