Provides a comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations of human resources manager ensuring the efficient delivery of salary payments, salary adjustments,
 Recruitment processes, and the accuracy of employee data records.
 Maintained accurate, up to date comprehensive and confidential files and records.
 Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which priority matters are, and alerts the executive accordingly. Makes referral to appropriate staff or provides requested information.
 Acts as liaison between the executives, human resources department, finance and accounts departments and other departments by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of the assignments, projects and staffs.
 Composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries.
