I. Research:
- Conduct market research and headhunt suitable candidates
- Prescreen and qualify profiles of the candidates
- Conduct an in-depth interview and prepare summaries to properly discuss details to assigned lead consultant
and/or clients
- Ensure all contacted candidates has been imported on the system
- Work on various mid to senior level positions for mostly Middle East and European regions
- Work closely with Senior Consultants on urgent or challenging roles given by the client and set timelines on
profiles submission
- Proper coordination on interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Provide proper feedback to candidates on their job application status
II. Business Development:
- List all the potential/target clients within the industry scope
- Identify which companies and people should be targeted first and make sure that everything is in the system
- Gather all potential leads that could be used for business development and 1 on 3 approach
- Conduct cold calls on prospective clients to introduce the company’s expertise as well as the recruitment
processes

- Maintain strong business relationships to both new and existing clients
- Set meetings with potential clients to discuss their recruitment plans and negotiate on terms of business
- Qualify the requirements given by the client and ensure that all information were gathered properly
- Set and agreed on timelines with the client regarding profiles submission
- Coordinate with both client and candidate regarding job offer and make sure that the candidate will sign and start
on the agreed date
