Duties:
• Provide and assist administrative & secretarial support to the management
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing and updating filing systems; and monitoring clerical functions.
• Organize and coordinate travel arrangement for the trainers
• Manages the training logistics (booking of hotels, training rooms)
• Process invoices and check invoices against orders
• Handles incoming mails, phone calls and inquiries
• Checks and Update the company website
• Register the company in the Client(s) Supplier Registration
Duties:

• Handles incoming mails, phone calls, inquiries and other material from the clients;
• Maintain the CV database up to date
• Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements, and recommend the best candidates to clients after a detailed screening and skill assessment.
