Duties:
• Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, customer service, administrative, preparing payroll, human resource and marketing support to staffs in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
• Acts as Document Controller. retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Communicate with clients, head officers and other business associates.
• Prepares client invoice with documentation attachment and follow up receivables as per terms of payment.
• Organize and coordinate travel arrangement for the trainers (Airline Ticket, Accommodation, Visa, Transportation)
• Manages the training logistics (booking of hotels, training rooms)
• Handles incoming mails, phone calls and inquiries
• Checks and Update the company website
• Register the company in the Client(s) Supplier Registration
Duties:
