Supervising the technicians in installing and maintaining the P&D Parking Machine.
Programming the CPU and all programmable spare parts of the P&D Parking Machine.
Troubleshooting if the technician can not fix the error or fault of the P&D Parking Machine.
Making a daily faults report as a file and to be submitted to our project manager.
Assist Project Manager in monitoring performance and schedule objectives.
Prepare reports, gather information, and perform basic analysis of project status and performance.
Function as a member of Project teams developing and maintaining control information.
Accept individual responsibility and accountability for environmental safety, personal safety, and the safety of co-workers.
Comply with established regulations and procedures and perform duties in a way that will not cause personal danger, endanger other individuals, or violate environmental regulations.
Supports and provides leadership in all training related activities.
Will travel to other location to perform duties mentioned above.
Performs additional work as assigned by Project Manager.
Cabling of data (UTP Cat 5, Cat 5e and Cat 6).
Termination of data cables to patch panel and face plate.
Activation of internet points, data cabinet assembly, Ethernet switch (Nortel, Cisco, Allied Telesyn, 3 com, Extreme, Summit) mounting and energizing.
Troubleshooting of network (LAN) connectivity, installation of network printers.
Testing and installation of UPS.
Telephone cabling, jointing and termination (up to 200 pairs) to distribution panel.
Distribution of PABX system (Nortel, Avaya, Siemens) extension lines.
Installation of wireless antenna (external and internal) and transmitter/receiver units for Wireless Area Network (3 com, Avaya, Tsunami, Airspace).
Fiber optic cabling (single mode and multi mode) short wave and long wave fiber application.
Installation and troubleshooting of fire alarm system.
Preventive maintenance of Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) facilities such as UPS routine check up and some electrical related job.
Contact scheduled customers every day.
Keep toolbox looking clean and professional
Maintain tools in working order.
Complete all paperwork prior to the next day.
Maintains safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Ensure that each customer is satisfied with the service provided.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
