•Proficiency in prototyping for new product development
•Well conversant with entire product designing activity of new product and preparation of PPAP and APQP documents
•Defect identification and correction in tools, assembly fixtures and Acceptance gauges
•Effective utilization of resources to development and production
•Experience in development of product / components, design, execution, product planning and control
Key responsibilities :
•Conceptualization and development ideas of new product - feature based on customer requirements and needs
•Preparation of component detailed drawing for manufacturing
•Preparation of general assembly drawings, bill of materials and process flow
•Design and development of tooling’s
•Establishing the assembly procedures for new product
•Adopting PFMEA and control plan chart quality tool to ensure best in quality of product/ production
•Inspection of incoming, In process (various stage) & final product
•For production purpose if need get ECN from customer
•Responsible for product audit & layout inspection
•Preparation and submission of PPAP documents
