Responsibilities
• Location search for the new projects including screening new locations, coordinating with brokers, visit premises, evaluate the premises for nursery, prepare site visit reports to assist the management in order to take a decision
• Coordination with the regulatory authorities (Municipality, KHDA, MOSA, MOE, DED, DHA, DMC, Tecom and DCCA) for collecting information, seeking approvals and all regulatory formalities for set up and starting the operations
• End to end ownership of all aspects of submissions and compliance with the above authorities
• Assist in the project management activities such as coordination with the contractors, suppliers and vendors
• Arrange for quotations from vendors, service providers, etc.
• Take up field work such as purchase of inventory, coordination for delivery and installation
• Maintain a centralized project management sheet with activities, ownerships, status updates, etc
• Assist in the team formation for the new nursery including screening CVs, references, recruitment liasioning, regulatory formalities for onboarding, etc.
• Coordinate all final approvals, inspections, opening formalities
• Collect, store and maintain all documents in paper format as well as on Google Drive
• Determined business prospects - digital & social media networking and marketing, expansion strategies, managing teams for business leads and general business administration.
• Developing yearly marketing plan and implementing.
• Negotiating with the website vendors
• Identifying new market segments
• Working closely with the managing director and contractors to refurbish and relaunch the new centres
• Assisting in all management duties and HR department.
• Developed a strong team who work co-operatively together
• Developed strong relationships with parents
• Keeping track of financials and generating monthly reports
• Keep control over the academic year performance
• Supervising teachers in planning their monthly events
• Attending all staff meetings, in-service trainings and professional sessions, including staff and parent meetings.
• Creating safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for children and staff of the Nursery.
• Organizing and taking part in Nursery events and activities.
