 Lead and direct the multi-cultural team involved in logistic department and job site.

 Dealing with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff
 Responsible in warehouse Operations including picking, packing, loading/ unloading and distribution.
 Exercised and maintained strict confidentiality of all the documents and communications
 Dealing with all anomalies relating to issues such as non-conformity, customer complaints, inventory accuracy, accidents and incidents whilst identifying root case, suggesting and implementing corrective and preventive action.
