ROI so that investors have a fair idea of earnings from the business.
IT and Telecom
 Managing and reviewing the operation & maintenance and/or new roll out of "Enterprise
Business" project. Issuing RFIs and RFQs, managing supplier portfolio.
 Procuring equipment from companies like CISCO, Juniper, IBM, HP, Sun or Dell, Schneider,
Honeywell and Emerson.
 Managing contractual obligations; coordinating with Technology Project team, Operations
Team and Sourcing Team for equipment delivery timelines, systems upgrades.
 Preparing, organizing and maintaining contract records and files; documenting contract
performance and compliance including equipment delivery notes, Provisional and Final
Acceptance certificates, liquidated damages claims.
 Alerting Project Director on supplier deviations from contractual obligations (e.g committed
Sow and PIP), delays in equipment delivery, shortages in delivered items as per BOQ,
malfunctioning equipment, etc) and notifying the supplier on those deviations and potential
contractual implications e.g. LDs or legal proceedings.
 Ensuring finance department releases payments to vendors; updating management on a timely
basis on project progress.
