➢Ensuring site procurement performance and contributing to global strategy.
➢Managing sourcing strategies and execution to ensure best value goods and services tomeet business needs with on time in full delivery to meet operational requirements.
➢Analyze RFQs, RFPs and RFIs to create proposal outlines and development plans.

➢Developed the team to ensure a fit-for-purpose procurement service to the business and strategic and operational relationships with suppliers (KPIs, issues resolution, vendor recovery)

➢Managing special projects to add In kingdom total value add (IKTIVA).
➢Performing procurement activities for 6 offshore Global Vessels and 3 Offshore Saudi Vessels.
➢Lead the process of shortlisting the suppliers who can deliver high quality products and services at competitive pricing.
➢Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, quality, payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining a high level of integrity to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
➢Ensure commercial, legal, and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
➢Liaises with vendors on materials, services, delivery schedule, company specifications and certification requirements.
➢Prepares and issues purchase orders, service contracts and delivery orders to suppliers.
➢Co-ordinate with the expediting department to check approximate freight for consistency check in case of foreign purchases, HS code compliance and to check if import restriction for items.
➢Actively participates and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies, and procedures, and always ensures personal safety and safety of colleagues.
Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.
Coordinate with finance to resolve blocked invoices.
➢Inventory Control.
➢Forecast materials for G.C.C Requirements to ensure uninterrupted parts Availability .
➢Co-Ordination with Procurement Department for placing the orders for the fore casted materials and delivery compliance .
➢Implementing inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock, tracking slow moving items, and achieving reduction in inventory management cost.
➢Material request scrutinizing across G.C.C branches (Sales/MRO services / Project).
➢Coordination with finance for average cost updation and Part number conversion within Business Units - Resource Sharing for stock enabling and cross selling.
➢Assistance and coordination with export logistics for shipments.
➢Keep management updated with simplified data presentation, Charts and ERP reports regarding the inventory management.
➢Experience in detailed engineering phase to HVAC.
➢Plan & schedule activities.
➢Submit technical specifications for client approval.
➢Coordinate with Divisional Managers on work execution.
➢Coordinate with Resources Department on material delivery.
➢Material approvals and project documentation.
➢Coordinate with client regarding progress of work.
