• Collects data, conduct researches, analyze and prepare reports, create presentations, worksheets, project plans, organization charts etc. related to corporate planning, organizational development, marketing & communication, risk management etc. using MS Office and other IT based tools proficiently.

Role as Cost Control Manager:

• Responsible for analyzing cost and expenditure for various projects.
• Coordinating with Procurement department to make proper decision on material purchasing,
Ensuring to get best matched price within budget and meeting the client quality standard.
• To help tendering department in making quoting the budget for new projects.
• To keep a track of project progress in order to avoid loss in terms of time (which can lead loss of money).
• To keep a track of material consumption on site to avoid loss.
• Conducting weekly coordination meeting with all the project managers to discuss project progress and risks.
• Report overall progress and risk factors to MD/Deputy MD.
• Working as an interface between Top management, tendering and procurements departments.

Role As Project Manager/ Project Lead:

•Responsible for managing overall end to end project.
•Responsible for on time delivery of Project with less UAT defects.
•Conducting regular meetings with Team leads and Project leads to improve the efficiency of
the team.
•Produce a progress report monthly.
•Review the risk register monthly.
•Review weekly progress reports of Team Principals.
•Discussing/Reviewing the feasibility of implementing new project requirements.
•Create a consolidated design document and traceability matrix for all the new requirements.
•Reviewing the design, implementation, test cases for new projects in these modules.
•Supporting the User Acceptance Testing on new projects delivery and provide the quick
solutions to customers in short time using Defect tracking Tools.
•Performing IBM Root Cause analysis for User Acceptance Testing issues and provide
preventive action plans.
•As a module lead, responsible for providing training of modules to new members and laying
guidelines for the team member to understand module and perform with quality deliverables.
•Responsible for performing end to end testing across application.
•Responsible for writing integration testing.

Optimization for existing Stored Procedures and Triggers.
• Updating and creating indexes.
• Updating and creating tables, triggers, views and Stored procedures.
• Analyze and implement user and systems development requirements for changes in databases and applications.
• Maintain and update the database dictionary for the Group’s systems.
• Implementation of backup and recovery procedures for databases.
• Resize databases.
• Planning and monitoring of Database.
• Ensure protection and security of database from any unauthorized access.
• Prepare and maintain change management procedures for systems utilizing the databases.
• Maintain and tune existing relational databases.
• Prepare and design the enterprise database and document standards for systems development.
• updating and creating indexes.
• updating and creating tables, triggers, views and Stored procedures.
• Interaction with the interfacing systems to understand the requirements of a project from their perspective and base lining the Interface Agreement Document.
• Delivering new and complex high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements
• Managing scope, planning, tracking, change control, aspects of the project.
• Effective communication between the project team and the customer. Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
