JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Check all room rate code by rate check report by room.
 Check all the paymasters.
 Balancing the day and make sure that all posting of cashiers are correct.
 Review all paid out vouchers to make sure they are authorized as per policy.
 Tally TMS with opera. (Telephone Report).
 Collect all reconciliation from credit card machines.
 Tally all credit cards & A/R.
 Check out all PM Folios.
 Run the NIGHT AUDIT.
 Prepare Daily reports FOOD Summary, REVENUE summary, Micros & opera reconciliation
 Khoa Reports. Revenue plan reports for cost controller.
 Prepare the sales reports for all board of directors.
