Currently working as Chief Manager Reliability in Gujarat Fluorochemicals Lim- ited GFL in Gujarat. I am responsible to do Root Cause Analysis using Apollo RCA and mixed methods for Risk Ranking 1 & 2 events. I am driving RCM, SAP data quality improvement, Bad actors analysis through Pareto using SAP & Pro- duction loss data across the GFL Chemical and Polymer plants. I am experienced in reliability and maintenance and got CMRP certification in 2019. At GFL, there are more than 20 integrated plants that cover a wide range of Chemicals, Refriger- ant gases, and Fluoropolymers like PTFE and FKM, etc. Main Plants are A&H, Chlor-Alkali, PTFE, FKM, PVDF, CMS and Powerplant.

Responsible to do PMs and Repairs of allotted plant equipment. In my tenure, i worked for repair works of Rotary Kiln, LS crusher, conveyor Belt maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps, ID Fans (Centrifugal), Air compressors (Rotary & Reciprocating).
