Key responsibilities included: Australia Shipment responsibilities - 1. Handling the Pan India Ocean shipments for Australia Region. 2. Following with shipper for Shipping documents for auditing purpose, same need to submit with our customer in Australia after their instructions we process with shipment and this follow end to end process. 3. Placing booking with shipping line for CY & CFS Shipments. 4. Coordinating with internal team for SI submission, billing to shipper, FCR creation. 5. In Australia Shipments we share PRE - ALERTS and FTA declaration with Cnee. USA Shipment responsibilities - 1. I have also handled South India Ocean shipments for USA. 2. Placing a booking with carriers for shipments which are moving to USA. 3. Coordinating with internal team for BL release & SI submission and FCR creation. 4. Following for ISF to submission on time before sailing with team in USA Shipments.
