• Working with Primavera to Plan, Schedule, keep track of the Activities and Manage deviations for company’s Shah Gas Development Project.
• Looking after the site planning, logistics and material requirement of the Project and coordination between various sites to Office and Head Office.
• Follow ups with the supplier / Head office for material requirements at project.
• Keeping track of material inventory / stock available at project and raising the requirement as needed through ERP
• Having responsibility as Senior Engineer for projects such as Bio-digester, RO Plant for Distillery effluent, 50 TPD Acetic Anhydride Plant, TSS reduction system for RO feed, Sludge Management System, etc.
• Involved in basic Engineering of Chemical process equipments like Heat Exchangers, Distillation Column’s, process and utility piping.
• Involved in Cost estimation, planning and utilization of man machine to achieve pre set project targets.
• Involved in process modification and process enhancement projects in the company.
• Effective planning and scheduling like site co-ordination, Procurement, fabrication, erection & commissioning of equipments.
• Involved in process redesigning and reengineering for enhancement of plant efficiency.
