Sourcing profiles through networking / Internal Data Base / Web /Jobsites/ Head Hunting / Internal & External references successfully coordinated recruitment drives. (Week end Activities and Ascent) Mentoring juniors to understand requirement specifications, source profiles and trained them on advanced Internet search techniques, Handling recruitment agencies (Vendor Management) Manage several Walk-In drives. Sourcing of relevant candidates through job portals, networking, job postings and Employee references Handling first round of HR Interview in order to assess the candidate suitability, Conduct interviews and co-ordination with technical panel Follow up with candidates to ensure acceptance of offers, joining etc. and maintain relationship thereafter.
