Supervises leasing Agents to ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and high renewal rate. Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. coordinate promotions to increase number of tenants.
Key Responsibility: Marketing the properties, Leasing, Customer Care, Leasing Reports, Budgeting, Contracts and documentation, Legalization of the properties, Bidding Process.
Generating new leads and promotions of existing lead relationships (hotels, hospitals and government bodies) including rental renewals for leasing of commercial and residential properties, and
undertaking property viewings with potential prospects with a full knowledge on each specific property with their respective documents requirements and legal papers; negotiations of transactions and finalization and closing of lease contracts. Preparing, updating and maintenance of all leasing reports / records including tenants’ profile, offer letters, tenancy / license agreements, daily correspondences and proposals
• Includes planning the event with the client and deciding on the budget and the service needed by the client.
• Coordinating with the service providers and ensuring the services are in line with clients request and
