Supervising the sub contractor piping Technicians/crew in the execution of daily works/activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Planning the schedule of piping works, Assist with material procurement, Overseeing installations and maintenance operations.
Preparation of Piping Isometrics.
Generating planning drawings for low pressure piping activities inside buildings.
Preparation of MTO.
Performing pneumatic pressure test to ensure leak proof joint.
Issue the work permit ensuring HSE standard.
Tool box talk meetings.
Ensuring the safety of the working team at site by the use of proper PPE.
Conduct safety walk through in the site in coordination with the safety department on weekly basis.
Obtaining the safety permit for working at height activity.
Preparing Daily Progress Report.
• Preparing Bulk MTO from P&ID and later stage verifying the quantities with Isometric Drawings.
• Responsible for Supervision of Fabrication & Installation of Piping and Piping framework as per Approved Isometric drawings.
• Received Approved Drawings for Fabrication and preparing the Fabrication Schedule according to the Priority.
• Detail and coordinate piping accurately to insure the minimal amount of collisions during execution.
• Inspecting the Pipes and Piping components as per Specification.
• Ensuring the Piping fabrication and Assembly activities are carried out to schedule and highest HSE standards.
• Providing technical support to the project on piping Fabrication, Installation & Commissioning.
• Reporting to the Senior Engineer and Construction manager regarding whole day work progress.
• Preparing As built Isometric drawings as per site conditions
