Developing strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Developing sales strategies with clients. Working closely with colleagues across departments to implement growth strategies. Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, proposals, business required documents, and other documents as required. Identifying new business opportunities and partners.
Providing high standards of customer service and contact loyal customers to represent new collection arrival. Processing POS transactions - payment, exchange, refund. Maintaining visual standards of the store, supporting manager in implementing new initiatives and ideas, dealing with new shipments, coordination, inventory etc.
Assisting customers by determining needs, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining database. Follows-up, closes queries to ensure timely resolution of customer needs and problems.
