*Responsible of day to day work & plan the activities order to efficiently use resources to achieve the construction program. Support the subcontractors by removing impediments to progress, assisting in the development of their schedule, agreeing a construction sequence, and ensuring that the subcontractors have the materials, engineering deliverables, tools, and resources that are required for successful execution and complete delivery within the required time frame.
*Responsible for daily site quantity calculation to forecast the material requirement, Manpower requirement, plant and equipment’s, and raise purchase requisition for the above requirements duly approved by Project Manager.
*Ensure that the Contractor at site is executing 11kv, 11hv, 33kv, 132kv Excavation work, Backfilling work, Cable lying, Jointing work, Duct sealing, as per the agreement requirements and the specifications of the client.
* Ensure that the Contractor at site is executing the Civil works as per the agreement requirements and the specifications of the client.
* Manage and supervise the progress of Civil works at site, and ensure the Civil works are being executed on time and budget.
*Ensure that client’s expectations are satisfied within the limits of the contract agreement requirements.
* Verify that all the Civl works carried out by the contractor are as per the specifications and the contract agreement of the client.
* Supervising and directing the supervision team on their duties and assignments.
* Reporting to the Principle Resident Engineer and project manager about the progress (time, cost and quality) of the Civil works.
*Ensure that the Civil works are being carried out in harmony with other disciplines.
Review and resolve client’s comments during tender process
* Assist the company with Client relationships, presentations and Business Development Technical Competencies
* Review and approve all deliverables prior to submission to client
*Prepare and submit modification proposals to project during construction
* Interaction with specialized subcontractors, suppliers and equipment vendors
* Perform other related duties as required and assigned

*Success fully implement Operation & Maintenance of Strom Water & Drainage manholes work around Abu dhabi
*Perform engineering work with the Civil Design Discipline team on water and wastewater *projects including pipelines, pumping stations, and site layout for municipal and private industrial clients.
*Includes master planning and design of water/wastewater/stormwater facilities, as well as engineering services during construction
*Understand open-channel and pressured conveyance system hydraulics
*Work on engineering designs preparing reports, construction drawings, specifications, calculations, equipment selection for various project.
* May include Defect coding and assessment of wastewater collection systems
*Assist with studies, permitting and alternative analysis
*Check performance or conformity with plans and specifications through field inspections as part of engineering services during construction
*Assist with submittal reviews, requests for information, correspondence, change requests, and change orders for construction projects
*Conduct field work, such as site investigations and condition assessment evaluations, as necessary for various projects
*Coordinate with project managers, client service managers, and other project personnel from other disciplines
*Direct the work of technicians and designers, coordinate with other disciplines
*Ensures non-conformances are recorded and corrective actions initiated as soon as practically possible
*Completes all outstanding defects as required by the programme
*Prepares Inspection Test Reports and checklists that accurately reflect contract requirements
Conducts basic internal audits on project suppliers and subcontractors
*Maintains and applies all relevant standards, policies, guidelines and legislative requirements necessary to support responsible decisions and courses of action.

*Successfully implemented Excavation works, reinforcement works, shuttering works, waterproofing membrane, steel structure work, plastering work, concrete casting, Parking, landscape, swimming pool, water feature,
*Differents types of manholes cast in situ, poles lights cast in situ, helipad construction, Basketball ground.
*Maintaining daily report concerning site activities, manpower and equipment for sub-contractors.
*Maintaining Inspection and Test Record for all the activities.
*Liasoning with any consultant, sub-contractor and supervisor involved in the project.
*Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the construction team namely, the Resident Engineers, inspectors, surveyors and materials teams.
*Lead the construction supervision team.
*Manage construction supervision, quality control, financial control, hand over and other site operations.
*Act as the point of contact for Contractors.
*Monitor progress against accepted construction schedule and review the Contractor’s progress reports. Asses the progress and inform the PMC and the client in case of delay.
*Manage the change procedure in agreement with the client and issue properly authorized instructions to the Contractor, as appropriate.
Report to the Construction Director actual progress against the schedule and cost objectives approved by client.
*Identify specific problems that have occurred, and the proposed solutions by the Contractors, as appropriate.
*Provide claims analysis support, including dispute resolution.
*Participate in contract close-out activities.
Coordinate with all concerned parties on all construction (and design) issues.
*Chair the progress meetings with the Contractor and report on issues, as necessary.
Report issues, status and progress of works on site.
*Monitor the Contractor’s performance.
*Monitor concerned authorities (agencies) approvals
*Monitor and report on deficiencies related to planned resources.
*Review Contractor’s progress reports.

*Conducting weekly meeting with Site In-Charge, Engineers & Supervisors regarding progress of work.
* Attending weekly meeting of Client regarding any hindrances and progress of work.
* Conduct various tests on materials every week as per Clients IMS.
* Co-ordination of all Site works according to drawings and contract specifications.

* Planning and identifying daily requirement of Personal Protective Equipment.
