Led the erection & alignment of Generator Bus duct (SPBD, 11KV, 4000A).
Performed the erection of 11 kv, 4000ABus duct at the switchyard between unit Panel & Power Transformer.
Carried out the erection of:
o WTP/DM Plant/TG MCC Panels, of 2Nos. of 45 MW Alternators (TDPS) and of Generator relay Protection, AVR, and Synchronizing Panel.
o HT/LT motors, UPS and Battery bank, Battery charger.
Prepared specifications, parameter design, vendor compliance verification and proto inspection/ approval for Passive Infrastructure equipment like SMPS, Battery Banks, UPS with Batteries, Generator, AMF Panel, HT/LT Transformers, LT panels, Cooling systems, Fire Detection and Gas Fire Suppression Systems
Installed, tested and commissioned 33 switchyard, 2x2.5 MW Hydro Power projects
Performed the construction management for erection, testing & commissioning of electrical equipment such as Transformers, Switchyard equipment, HV&LV indoor Switchgear, Cables, Control & Protection System, DC System, UPS, DG set, HT Motors, Generators, Over head Transmission Lines and Grounding Systems of Power House and Switchyard Equipment
