• Handling all school key communication channels
• Assisting in marketing activities and parent interaction
• Create, Develop & Understand web initiatives and propose a solution on the basis of the same.
• Produces and Delivers weekly newsletters
• Served as a system liase with GEMS Corporate Office
• Train and Support staff and parents on communication - related initiatives
• Co-ordination between parents and school
• Assist Admissions and reception with technology, lead generation and enquiry submissions
• Creates and implements systems of communication with key stake holders that are innovative and creative
• Develops new initiatives within the framework
• Run campaigns and social media initiatives
• Handling the student KHDA system along with coordination with the Government Relations Officer
• Handling all parent specific portals and KHDA requirements
• Work closely with the PRE on all aspects of marketing requirements

Database and Systems
• To oversee the GEMS Students and Enrolment system at the school
• To oversee the creation of accurate set lists and reports for all Students
• To oversee the accurate down loading of externally generated data sets onto the school systems and ensure ease of access for all staff in a user friendly format
• Training all school staff on the system
• To be accountable for academic year procedures
• To manage the schools reporting system to parents
• Handling the parent portal and all communications.
• To be the first point of contact for parental enquiries about any of the school online interfaces and communication.
• Technical support with regards to reporting to parents

• General Sales and Marketing
• Telemarketing and assisting in marketing activities
• Create, Develop & Understand Customer’s requirement and propose a solution on the basis of the same.
• Create project scope & presentations for customers.
• Negotiate with client on Project scope & pricing for the same.
• Supplier Co-ordination
• Co-ordination between development team and client

Handling marketing & sales operation for Europe and USA along with continuous product development.
