This has indeed helped me showcase my intellectual and analytical capacity apart from technical aspects in the IT industry.

Project highlight: APNeWSIS It is a web based system used to support repair service operations of SONY. Helps the Authorized Sony Centre's to register the Reservations & Jobs, Part request, Invoicing process & Stock management process.

Roles and responsibilities: o Interacting with customer for Work Performance Information and Measurement is a daily activity. Define objectives by analysing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality. Also providing the estimation for implementing the functionality defined.
o Client interfacing and gathering the requirements on a time to time basis.
o Involve in knowledge transfer to and from team and other departments serving as mentor and student and explaining the business aspect to team members for any issue raised by the user.
o Additional responsibility of giving Presentations for customer training as and when the application is rolled out to new countries.


o Consistently got Performance Evaluation and Appraisal rating of 5 (Outstanding Contribution) which is only given to top 5% of the employees across SONY.
