• Handling guest complaints & resolve that guest issues on-time.
• Checking the hotel business & profit & loss as well.
• Handling Hotel owner queries.
• Auditing the hygiene standards & check-ing the safety equipment.
• Checking the hotels tariff on website & monitor that tariff according to
Hotel occupancy.
