• Record employees’ transactions in the payroll system (advance and deduction), prepare and generate the monthly payroll by following the log sheet.
• Monitor employees’ attendance and their update in the system, as well as leaves and working hours’ balance (actual hours, extra hours, overtime, and other)
• Monitor discount/uniform reports, reviews all insurance billings for accuracy and submit them to the Finance Department for payment.
• Handle submissions of all Ministry of Finance forms and reports in a timely and accurate manner in order to ensure company’s compliance with laws and procedures.
• Respond to employees' queries in compensation and benefits related issues, provide the necessary support, and escalate unresolved issues to the hierarchy.
• Develops and maintains up - to - date end user training manuals and materials.
• End of Service, Annual Leave Calculations and forward for payment.
• Administration of employees Medical Health Insurance and processing employees’ claims on daily basis.
• Monthly Analysis of Staff cost vs. Sales and shops revenue per Hour and submit the Comments to HR Manager.
• Monitoring the shops weekly budgeted hours vs. actual and submit the variance comments to HR manager, District managers and Regional office.
• Manage personal and payroll details of employees on Oracle HRMS.
